Salary: $100,000Bonus: Annual around % 20- 30% discretionary; + plus additional 5% other bonusBenefits: 80% Health paid; 20-30 days PTO; + Additional Personal Well-being days; Holidays, 401k + Match, Tuition reimbursement, Other insurances/benefit and Perks.

Position Specs: Ensure compliance with company policy on Internal audits within accounting, administration and operations activities; Review & Analyze business processes, internal controls and procedures and compliance requirements; data, accounts, transaction, documentation, operations, costs and related materials; Take action on necessary adjustments, provide appraisals of internal control structure of functions or systems; verify adherence to operating rules and investigate irregularities documenting work performed and deviations; recommend process improvements and corrective measures found during audit process.
