BCBA QA Assessment Reviewer- Board Certified Behavior Analyst ? Location: Remote or Lakewood, NJ ? Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Quality Assurance team as a BCBA QA Assessment Reviewer . This role is responsible for reviewing initial assessments, reassessments, functional behavior assessments (FBAs), treatment plans, and supporting clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, clinical appropriateness, regulatory compliance, and adherence to insurance and organizational standards. Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing. Strong knowledge of ABA assessment procedures, including initial assessments, reassessments, FBAs, and treatment planning. Familiarity with insurance authorization requirements, medical necessity criteria, and payer-specific documentation standards. Ability to evaluate clinical reports for accuracy, completeness, individualized treatment recommendations, and data-based decision-making. Excellent analytical, organizational, written communication, and critical-thinking skills. Experience reviewing ABA assessments, conducting clinical audits, or performing quality assurance activities preferred. Ability to provide professional, constructive feedback and collaborate effectively with clinical teams. please reach out to
