Sr. Associate - Internal Finance

Location: Gurugram - Onsite

Responsibilities:-

• Sound Knowledge of Accounting Principles (Required experience of accounting on Tally Prime).
• Excellent knowledge in Monthly Reporting (MIS, Prepaid workings, Provisions etc.).
• Preparation of Fixed Assets Register (as per Companies Act & Income Tax Act).
• Preparation/Generation of E-Invoice.
• Preparation of Annual Financial Statements (as per Companies Act).
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable process (including working knowledge of MSME Act) & AP reconciliation.
• Sound Knowledge of Payroll process run for monthly disbursement of salary pay-outs (including preparation & review of TDS Computation of Employees).
• Monthly GST Return Filling & Reconciliation. (GSTR 1, GSTR 2B reconciliation, GSTR 3B & GSTR 9 & 9C).
• Quarterly TDS Return filling as well as filing of Revision of TDS return.
• Sound knowledge of Income tax TDS Sections, Rates & Calculations.
• Working Knowledge of PF compliance.
• Working knowledge of Income Tax Laws, Tax audit & preparation of returns of Companies.
• Working Knowledge of Companies Act & Filling of Annual forms with ROC.
• Data Consolidation, Support & Reconciliation for Tax & Statutory Audit.
• Coordinating with Statutory auditors and Bank officials.

Qualifications and Skills:

• CA Dropout/ MBA Finance
• Experience - 5 to 7 years (Preferable from CA Firm)
• Soft skills- Mail Writing etiquette, Communication skills & Technical Skills as mentioned below.
