Job Description
Position: Regional Manager - Business Development (Passive)
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- Strong experience in Passive Investment Products (ETF & Index Funds) .
- Drive sales and AUM growth for Passive products across assigned regions.
- Build and manage relationships with MFDs, RIAs, Banks, National Distributors, and Channel Partners .
- Execute product campaigns, NFO launches, and regional sales initiatives.
- Identify and onboard new distribution partners to expand business reach.
- Conduct product training and workshops for Sales Teams, RMs, and distributors.
- Monitor regional performance through MIS, dashboards, and sales analytics.
- Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams for seamless transaction execution.
- Develop distributor-specific solutions and resolve operational/process-related issues.
- Strong understanding of Mutual Fund distribution, capital markets, and passive investment products.
- Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, communication, and business development skills.
