Get Catalyzed is a creative and innovative digital marketing company that prioritizes personal growth and teamwork. We're looking for a LinkedIn Executive to strategize, manage, and oversee personal branding initiatives for our clients.

What You'll Do:

• Handle client LinkedIn accounts for daily engagement: reply to comments, react to posts, and maintain meaningful interaction with their network.
• Manage LinkedIn inbox: respond to messages professionally and escalate important conversations to the internal team or client when needed.
• Build and maintain lead/connection target lists based on each client's industry and goals.
• Conduct strategic outreach to grow relevant connections and expand clients' networks.
• Monitor LinkedIn activities, track engagement, and maintain logs/reporting for internal use.
• Stay updated on LinkedIn features and outreach strategies to improve performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with the overall personal branding strategy.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Have basic experience managing LinkedIn accounts for professionals and business leaders across industries.
• Leadership Skills: Have ability to manage and work with team to deliver results.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to create impactful LinkedIn strategies and oversee their execution.
• Writing Skills: Good writing and editing skills to guide content creation.
• Expertise: In-depth understanding of LinkedIn as a platform.
• Analytics: Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics tools to measure success and optimize strategies.
• Hands-On Experience: You've done it all yourself before and can confidently repeat again.
