WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS: Elanaurá runs three agency relationships and multiple creative streams simultaneously. Without a single internal person holding the brand standard, content quality fragments — and for a brand whose moat is education-led trust. This role exists to be the brand's voice in every room where content is being made. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Agency Quality Control (Agency A + Agency B) • Review all creatives from Agency A (daily posts, reels) and Agency B (ad creatives) before publication or spend • Evaluate every piece against the 5-Beat Script Framework and content manual standards • Provide structured written feedback — not vague corrections, specific rewrites where needed • Brief agencies with full scripts and directional notes, not loose topics • Flag and escalate any mess
