Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, painters, contractors and key customers. Achieve monthly and annual sales, revenue, volume and distribution targets. Develop new dealers/retailers and expand market coverage. Ensure product availability, stock movement and timely replenishment. Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor pricing, schemes and activities. Manage orders, collections, outstanding payments and distributor performance. Implement sales schemes, promotions and new product launches. Coordinate with internal teams for orders, dispatches, inventory and customer issues. Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback.
