Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Commerce to manage and handle BDAs and multi-site sales teams across designated primary real estate project clusters to drive revenue growth, hit monthly targets, and maximize property sales.

Lead, mentor, and evaluate multi-site sales teams to ensure optimal sales pipeline management, high lead conversion rates, and seamless deal execution.

Cultivate and expand strategic relationships with real estate developers, channel partners, and key brokerage networks to boost project visibility and market penetration.

Supervise site gallery operations, client onboarding processes, and transaction management to maintain exceptional service standards.

Conduct continuous market analysis on primary real estate trends, competitor pricing structures, and inventory movement to refine strategic positioning.
