Data scientist (only iit cse passouts)

We are hiring Gen AI/LLM practitioners who are hands-on, curious, and execution-focused. Strong practical experience with LLM tools, prompt engineering, and real-world Gen AI applications is essential.
What you'll do:
Design, test, and optimise LLM-driven solutions for real business use cases
Create, refine, and manage high-quality prompts, workflows, and agent setups
Rapidly prototype Gen AI applications using existing tools, APIs, and platforms
Evaluate LLM outputs for accuracy, bias, safety, and reliability
Stay current with new LLM models, tools, and Gen AI trends, and apply them pragmatically
Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate ideas into working AI solutions
Continuously improve the performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of LLM usage
What you'll need:
Strong background in Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
Experience with deep learning frameworks like Py Torch or Tensor Flow.
Proven track record of publishing research or developing scalable AI systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Master's or Ph D preferred).
Additional Competencies:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
