What You'll DoAs a Recruiter, you'll connect top healthcare professionals with opportunities where they can make an impact while helping our clients solve critical workforce challenges. You'll build meaningful relationships with candidates, partner closely with our sales team, and create an exceptional experience throughout the recruiting process.In this role, you will:Build and grow a network of healthcare professionals through sourcing, networking, and relationship-buildingPartner with the sales team to understand client hiring needs and develop recruiting strategiesSource, screen, interview, and qualify candidates through phone, virtual, and in-person interviewsMatch candidates with opportunities that align with their experience and career goalsCoach candidates through the interview process, including resume guidance, interview preparation, and offer negotiationsPresent qualified candidates to clients and manage communication throughout the hiring processProvide onboarding and ongoing support to consultants throughout their assignmentsManage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentConsistently achieve recruiting activity and placement goals
