Project Manager_MES

We are seeking an experienced MES Project Manager to lead end-to-end Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project delivery, stakeholder management, governance, risk management, validation coordination, and cross-functional leadership within manufacturing or regulated environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end MES project delivery from planning through hypercare and handover.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and change control.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Engineering, OT, IT, and vendors.
• Drive governance, executive reporting, testing, validation readiness, and project financial tracking.
• Support change management, training, cutover planning, and operational transition.
