Position: Service Manager-Technical

Location : Delhi (North India Region)

Experience: 8-10 Years

Qualifications: B. E/B. Tech – Chemical / Industrial Chemistry/ Environmental Engineering

Job Responsibilities: Manage and lead the regional service team responsible for water treatment programs in cooling towers, boilers, RO plants, and process systems. Plan and monitor routine site visits, audits, and troubleshooting across customer sites in North India. Review and optimize chemical dosing, system performance, and water quality based on field data and lab analysis. Prepare and review technical service reports, action plans, and improvement recommendations. Support the sales team by providing technical inputs for new proposals, customer reviews, and product trials. Ensure timely resolution of service-related issues and maintain high customer satisfaction. Drive adherence to EHS, compliance, and quality standards in all service operations.

Skill/Knowledge Required: Strong knowledge of water chemistry and treatment practices for cooling, boiler, and membrane systems. Competence in preparing service reports, audit documentation, and customer presentations. Experience in handling Fertilizer / Chemical/ O& G / Metal/ Power and process industrie s
