Ops & Strategy

We are hiring an Ops & Strategy resource to work directly with the founder as a COO'soffice-style partner, while owning a defined operating mandate end-to-end. You will own the operating system that turns client's risk intelligence and benefit delivery into reliable, measurable outcomes across programs — starting with Shiprocket as the anchor program — and scale that operating model across the rest of our partner programs. This is a high-leverage role for someone with a builder's instinct and an operator's discipline: comfortable getting into the data, the SOPs, the dashboards, and the daily exceptions, and equally comfortable zooming up to set strategy and design the next operating playbook.
