Job Description Job Title: Production Supervisor Function: Trims production Position (s) based at : Chakan, Pune Reports To: Plant head / Operations Manager Required Qualifications: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Automobile Engineering, or related field. Experience in automotive Tier-1 supplier environment preferred. Experience: 5-14 years of experience in automotive seat trim, upholstery, seating systems, or automotive interior manufacturing. Technical Competencies Required: Production Management Supervise production activities related to car seat trim manufacturing, including cutting, sewing, foam assembly, upholstery, and final seat trim assembly. Ensure daily production targets are achieved as per production plan. Monitor line balancing and optimize manpower utilization. Minimize downtime and coordinate with maintenance for quick resolution of equipment issues. Ensure adherence to production schedules and customer delivery requirements Quality Assurance Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards. Conduct in-process quality checks and implement corrective actions for defects. Monitor key quality metrics such as PPM, rejection, rework, and customer complaints
