BreakThrough Physical Therapy seeks an Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to provide one-on-one, evidence-based care in a busy outpatient clinic. In this role, you will evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions, design individualized treatment plans, and guide patients through therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and post-surgical rehab. Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, educate patients and families, and document care in EMR.
