Role Description This full-time on-site Experienced Cold Caller role is based in Johar Town and involves conducting outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. The role includes introducing products or services, qualifying leads, managing follow-up calls, and updating CRM or call logs accurately after each interaction. The cold caller will handle objections, schedule appointments or demos for the sales team, and meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets. Collaboration with supervisors and team members to refine scripts, improve calling strategies, and share feedback from customers is also part of the day-to-day work. The position requires adherence to company communication standards and maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach on every call.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or call center environments, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Effective persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills for outbound sales and lead qualification.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems or call management software, along with accurate data entry skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure, handle high call volumes, and work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
• Strong listening skills, problem-solving ability, and resilience in dealing with rejection or challenging conversations.
• Willingness to work on-site in Johar Town, follow structured schedules, and collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Previous experience in BPO, customer support, or sales-oriented call centers is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and further education is an advantage.
