Role Description The Interior Designer will work on-site at Supra Infra's Bengaluru location in a full-time capacity, collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating design concepts, preparing layouts and mood boards, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating FF& E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). The role involves producing detailed drawings, aligning designs with architectural and construction requirements, and participating in client meetings to understand needs, present design solutions, and incorporate feedback. The Interior Designer will also visit sites to review installation progress, ensure design intent is maintained, and work with vendors and contractors to resolve design challenges and meet project timelines. Qualifications
Strong Interior Design skills, including concept development and design detailing. Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize functionality, circulation, and user experience. Understanding of Architecture principles to align interior solutions with overall building design. Ability to prepare and interpret Construction Drawings for effective coordination with site teams. Experience with FF& E selection, specification, and coordination with vendors and contractors. Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field. Proficiency with design and drafting software (e.g., Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Revit, or similar) and MS Office. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
