Responsibilities:-Handle employee benefits inquiries-Process employee benefits changes via Workday --Vendor invoices-Benefits data administration-Benefits audits-Benefits reconciliation & reporting-Benefits testing and open enrollment process-Troubleshoot any benefits issues via HR Systems-Coordinate benefits wellbeing events-Benefits compliance-Provide back-up xzbcwsv support for leaves administration-Ad hoc benefits duties & projects as assigned.
Qualifications:-Bachelor's Degree-3+ years of benefits administration-Advanced Excel
