Role - Implementation Program Manager

Desired Experience Range - 10 to 20 years of relevant experience

Location of Requirement - Mumbai

Required Technical Skill Set

1. Program Management / Project Management for Core banking OR Payments Transformation Programs
2. At least E2 level of Core Banking Expertise and understanding of domain
3. Expertise in Program Planning, Execution and Monitoring for Core Banking / Payments Processing Program
4. Expertise in Client Interaction & Engagement related Core Banking / Payments processing
5. E1 level understanding of modern Java solutions and delivery related nuances of the same.
6. E3 level understanding of a Core Banking Program delivery value chain – Solution / Gaps / Fitment , Estimation , Configuration , Delivery , User Acceptance , Data Migration , Go Live
7. IT Program Contract Management

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

1. Experience of delivering Programs / Transformation based on Core Banking Packages / Products
2. Strong understanding and experience of delivering IT programs in Onsite – Offsite model
3. Excellent Program Planning skills
4. Certification in Program Management will be an added advantage
5. A good understanding of Program Finance / P&L lifecycle of a Program Delivery
6. Excellent analytical abilities
7. Excellent Communication skills
8. Excellent stakeholder management skills
9. Awesome team building & management skills
10. Mobility to travel across Geographies as per the demand of the job
11. Experience of having delivered transformation program across countries

1. Leading Program Delivery of Core Banking / Payments transformation
2. Managing Program / Customer / Account level Revenue, P&L
3. Engaging with customers & partners in the process of delivery
4. Management of Quality of delivery and management of related Risks
5. Leading large teams and related coordination between Onsite and Offsite
