About the Role

Big Marketing is looking for a creative and performance-driven Meta Ads Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, managing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to generate quality leads, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.
• Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting.
• Manage campaign budgets and track ad spend.
• Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad copy.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams for ad creatives.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads policies and platform updates.
• Work towards achieving lead generation and conversion goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Meta Ads management.
• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
• Experience with pixel setup, conversion tracking, and remarketing.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
