What You’ll OwnBudgeting, forecasting & monthly closeManufacturing variance analysis and cost driversBusiness-unit P&L and KPI reportingFinancial support for operational decisions, including CapEx and cost initiativesPower BI reporting and financial dashboardsDirect partnership with Finance, Operations & business leadership
Requirements/Most Desirable Background xzbcwsv 1–3 years of Financial Analyst / FP&A experienceExperience supporting a manufacturing plant, division, or business unitStrong budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis experiencePower BI preferredBachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
