We are looking for an experienced Light Industrial Staffing Recruiter to join our team in Edison, NJ!

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting for warehouse, production, assembly, packaging, and general labor positions.
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Managing high-volume recruitment and coordinating placements.
• Building strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in light industrial recruitment or staffing is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $50K - $60K (DOE)
