They offer both traditional and ICHRA (Individual Choice Health Resource Allocation) options so employers can maximize benefit savings and employees can have a wide array of options when choosing their benefits packages.The Customer Service Representative position is a client facing position where you will maintain new and existing member relationships. A successful candidate will be able to communicate with members over the phone in a professional verbal and occasionally written manner.
