IHM Executive / Naval Architect

To support the IHM maintenance and other marine projects undertaken by the division. ROLES ACCOUNTABILITIES: IHM Maintenance • Examine purchase orders and raise queries with vendors for clarification or corrections. • Review Material Declarations (MD) and Supplier Declarations of Conformity (SDoC) submitted by vendors to ensure adequacy and compliance. • Coordinate with vendors for revision and timely resubmission of MDs and SDoCs. • Maintain and update operational records, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures. • Monitor and process fleet-related documentation and system records for document management.
