Draftsman

We are looking for a precise and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our design team. If you excel at translating complex architectural and engineering concepts into high-quality, accurate technical drawings, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D architectural and structural drawings from initial concepts to final construction documents.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and BIM coordinators to ensure design intent is accurately represented.
• Maintain and update project drawing logs, ensuring all revisions are accurately tracked and implemented.
• Ensure all drafting output complies with project specifications, local building codes, and internal quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Familiarization with LDA and local Bye Laws
• Proven expertise in Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit; familiarity with BIM workflows is a strong plus.
• A solid portfolio demonstrating experience in drafting for High Rise Buildings, large-scale commercial, hospitality, or healthcare projects.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to produce error-free documentation under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Should be able to read and coordinate with Structure and MEP Drawings.

Education and Experience

• DAE in Architecture
• Min8 years’ experience on the large scale projects
