Big Bolt LLC is looking for an experienced CNC Setup Programmer with DMG MORI experience to join our manufacturing team in Bloomingdale, IL. This is a hands-on position where you'll set up, program, operate, and troubleshoot CNC equipment used to manufacture custom and non-standard specialty fasteners . If you're confident reading prints, making program adjustments, selecting tooling, and inspecting your own work, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Set up and program DMG MORI CNC machines Operate CNC equipment to produce precision specialty fasteners Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Select appropriate tooling, offsets, speeds, feeds, and cutting parameters Make program and machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency Perform first-piece and in-process inspections Use precision measuring equipment to verify specifications Troubleshoot machining, programming, and setup issues Work independently to identify and resolve production challenges Support continuous improvement and efficient manufacturing processes What We're Looking For DMG MORI CNC experience is required for this position. We're also looking for candidates with: Previous CNC setup and programming experience Experience with CNC turning and/or milling Strong blueprint and engineering drawing interpretation skills Knowledge of GD
