To Apply for this Job Click Here We are seeking a Health Law Practice Group PBM Associate or Special Counsel (Off-Track) with 3+ years of commercial contracting experience in managed care or the pharmaceutical supply chain to join a nationally recognized corporate practice in Boston, New York, or Washington, DC . The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating PBM agreements, advising on health plan operations, and navigating complex healthcare regulatory frameworks . Health Law Practice Group PBM Associate or Special Counsel Responsibilities Draft and negotiate PBM contracts including rebate agreements, pharmacy network agreements, and vendor contracts Manage the full lifecycle of PBM procurement and contracting processes for health plans Advise clients on health plan operations, regulatory compliance, and transactional considerations Support commercial contracting across managed care and pharmaceutical supply chain matters Collaborate with partners, clients, and cross-functional teams to execute complex agreements Handle contract administration issues and disputes involving PBMs, payors, and third-party vendors Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including co-counsel and opposing counsel Travel occasionally for in-person client meetings and contract negotiations Health Law Practice Group PBM Associate or Special Counsel Requirements JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school Admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts, New York, or Washington, DC Minimum of 3 years of transactional experience in managed care or pharmaceutical supply chain Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, particularly PBM-related contracts Familiarity with federal and state healthcare regulatory frameworks Strong organizational, communication, and client management skills Ability to manage multiple workflows and work with minimal supervision High attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing deadlines Health Law Practice Group PBM Associate or Special Counsel Benefits Bonus eligible (top-of-market compensation) Salary range: $200,000 - $345,000 Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings plan Generous PTO and paid holidays Professional development and continuing legal education support Collaborative and inclusive firm culture Hybrid schedule (approximately 60% in-office) with WFH flexibility JOB ID : 180167 #post Renee Tabak To Apply for this Job Click Here Apply Now Share This Job Share on Email Share on Linkedin Share on Facebook Share on X Share on Email
