• Maintain a high standard of communication and rapport to build trust with users.
• Track and report daily support metrics to ensure consistent delivery and service quality.

Requirements:

• Freshers are highly encouraged to apply; prior experience in support or fast-paced environments is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle customer concerns effectively.
