<p> Hiring: Pre-Sales Specialist – Apple Business </p> <p>Location: Delhi / NCR </p> <p>Company: Futureworld India (Apple Premium Partner) </p> <p> Role Overview </p> <p> We are looking for a Pre-Sales Specialist to support our Apple Business (B2 B/SMB/Enterprise) sales team. The role involves understanding customer requirements, designing Apple-based solutions, and supporting deployments across enterprises and institutions. </p> <p> Experience Required </p> 3–4 years in Pre-Sales / Technical Consulting / Solution Engineering Experience with Apple enterprise deployments is mandatory Technical Skills Strong knowledge of Apple ecosystem (mac OS, i OS/i Pad OS) Apple Business Manager (ABM) / Apple School Manager MDM platforms: Jamf / Intune / other MDMs <p> Basic understanding of: Zero-touch deployment Device enrollment &amp; configuration profiles Application deployment Exposure to Windows / Microsoft Intune / Autopilot is a plus </p><p> Key Responsibilities </p> Work closely with sales teams to support enterprise &amp; SMB customers Conduct customer discovery meetings and requirement analysis Design and propose Apple deployment architectures Deliver solution presentations, demos, and Po Cs Support ABM setup, MDM integration, and device onboarding Assist with RFPs, technical documentation, and solution briefs Act as a trusted technical advisor during pre-sales cycles Ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales teams Soft Skills Excellent communication &amp; presentation skills Customer-facing confidence Ability to work with IT managers, decision-makers, and educators <p> Willingness to travel within Delhi/NCR </p> <p> Preferred Certifications (Good to Have) </p> <p> Apple Certified IT Professional </p> <p> Jamf Certified </p> <p> Microsoft Intune / Endpoint certifications </p> <p></p>
