Electrical Controls Engineering Manager – fun projects!

Growing engineering firm has an opening for a Senior Electrical Controls Engineer who has management experience or has interest in becoming a manager (will lead a group of 10-14). Initially, this person will work directly with the current manager and then transition to approximately a 50% technical/50% management role. Direct hire position with very competitive benefits!

Duties

• Provide guidance on system architecture
• Oversee design documentation and PLC/HMI programming
• Interface with customers and provide engineering leadership
• Contribute to testing and commissioning of electrical control systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• Rockwell PLC experience required
• Experience with industrial control panels
• Ability/interest in mentoring and investing in people
• P.E. license a definite plus
• Ability to travel 10% of the time (installation/commissioning)
• U.S. citizenship or U.S. permanent resident status required

Salary: $140-180K
