Job Description * Lead all on-site construction activities for K-12 education projects from mobilization through closeout. * Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety programs, and daily site operations. * Partner with project managers, owners, architects, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery. * Monitor quality, budget, and schedule performance while resolving site challenges proactively. * Maintain strong client relationships and drive a productive, well-managed jobsite MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant * Proven superintendent experience delivering K-12, higher education, or similar commercial construction projects. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and field teams. * Knowledge of construction scheduling, safety, quality control, and project execution. * Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with owners and design teams. * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred or equivalent industry experience. What's on Offer Salary: $110,000-$130,000 base salary, with flexibility for exceptional candidates. * 15% bonus potential plus employee ownership (ESOP). * Monthly vehicle allowance, 401(k), and comprehensive benefits. * Strong project pipeline and career progression into Senior or General Superintendent roles.
