As the Senior Full Stack Developer (Network Management System), you’ll be an integral part of the Network Services Automation team, based in Pune. We are a new team with seriously big ambitions. You’ll help us achieve our goal of network automation which will allow faster time to market, reduce operational costs and increase productivity. Gender neutral parental leaves 100% reimbursement under childcare assistance benefit (gender neutral) Sponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and education Employee Assistance Program for you and your family members Comprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependents Accident and Term life Insurance Complementary Health screening for 35 yrs. and above Your key responsibilities Contributing to the overall strategic direction and roadmaps Solution design back-to-front, employing leading-edge technologies and industry best practices Hands-on agentic software delivery – refactoring legacy products; shipping features and fixes; bolstering software Scrum Leadership – backlog building for the development and delivery of innovative automation solutions Your skills and experience Extensive experience and knowledge of developing and deploying the latest development methodologies at scale Extensive experience in Java 8 (ideally 17), REST API best practice and SQL optimization Extensive experience of using modern version control systems (Git; JJ) Demonstrable experience of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban Demonstrable experience of leveraging agentic code harnesses to accelerate requirement planning, code generation, quality gate enforcement and software delivery Experience of contributing to and delivering software architectures for hand off and implementation Experience of the modern automated testing methodologies (Pact; TDD; BDD) and CI/CD pipelines Some experience of legacy web application frameworks (i.e. Zk; Django) Some experience creating and delivering network automations Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
