Job Description Details: JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Citrix Engineer (L3) to provide advanced technical support, administration, and engineering services for Citrix environments within a 24x7 managed services organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Cloud, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and supporting infrastructure technologies. The Senior Citrix Engineer will act as the highest level of technical escalation for complex incidents, problem management activities, infrastructure upgrades, and service improvement initiatives.
