About the Role

We are looking for developers who:

• understand how to build websites from scratch
• can work efficiently using templates and structured systems
• are comfortable using AI tools to improve speed and productivity

This role is focused on execution, speed, and consistency

Key Responsibilities

• Build and customize websites using:
• WordPress (preferred)
• Elementor / similar builders
• Webflow (optional)
• Work on complete websites:
• homepage
• inner pages
• forms and basic integrations
• Customize templates based on client requirements
• Ensure websites are:
• mobile responsive
• fast loading
• error-free
• Fix bugs and handle minor changes independently
• Follow internal SOPs and delivery timelines

⚙️ Performance Expectations (VERY IMPORTANT)

This is a high-performance execution role

• Target: ~1 complete website per working day (after initial training period)
• Weekly output: 5–6 websites
• Monthly output: 20–25 websites

This is achievable through:

• structured workflows
• pre-defined templates
• AI-assisted development

️ Required Skills (MUST HAVE)

• Experience building websites from scratch (portfolio required)
• Strong understanding of:
• HTML
• CSS
• Basic knowledge of:
• JavaScript
• Working knowledge of:
• WordPress
• Ability to debug and solve basic issues independently

➕ Good to Have

• Experience with:
• Elementor / 10Web / Webflow
• Basic SEO understanding
• Familiarity with:
• ChatGPT or AI tools
• Basic UI/UX sense

• You must be able to build websites without complete dependency on AI or templates
• AI tools are:
• allowed ✔
• encouraged ✔
• but NOT a replacement for core understanding ❌

Compensation

• ₹15,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on skill and experience)
