We are currently looking for ' HR Operations Specialist – Workday & ServiceNow' to support one of our clients with the following skills:
Requirement:Title: HR Operations Specialist – Workday & ServiceNowLocation: West Palm Beach, FL (Hybrid – 3–4 days onsite)Duration: 12+ Months (Extendable Contract)Pay Rate: $25/hr on W2 (All-Inclusive)
Mandatory Skills:HR Operations, Workday Core HCM, Hands-on Workday Transaction Processing, Employee Lifecycle Management, ServiceNow HRSD, HR Case Management, Tier 2/Tier 3 HR Support, Compensation Administration, Employee Data Management, Organizational Changes, HR Operations Case Resolution, Root Cause Analysis, Problem-Solving Skills, Data Accuracy and Integrity, U.S. HR Operations
Key Requirements:5+ years of progressive HR Operations experience.Hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM and employee lifecycle transactions.Experience managing HR cases using ServiceNow HRSD or a similar case management platform.Knowledge of compensation administration, employee data management, and organizational changes.Ability to independently investigate and resolve complex Tier 2/Tier 3 HR issues.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Note: This is NOT a remote role. xzbcwsv Candidates must be able to work onsite in West Palm Beach, FL, 3–4 days per week, and support EST business hours.
