Eligibility Criteria / Qualification

The candidate must meet any one of the following eligibility criteria:

Option 1 Ph.D. in Law 08 years Law teaching experience / practice experience in High Court

Option 2 Master's Degree in Law 15 years Law teaching experience / practice experience in High Court

Option 3 Retired Judge of the Supreme Court or a High Court —

Option 4 Retired District and Sessions Judge 05 years of judicial service to his credit

b) The last date for submission of application forms is 14th November 2026 .

c) Experience certificates, duly reflecting the experience mentioned in the CV, must be attached with the application form.

d) Applicants already in service must apply through proper channel along with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by their parent department by the due date; otherwise, their applications shall not be entertained.

e) A non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 3,500/- in the form of a UoB Bank Challan (Payable at HBL UoB Branch) or Bank Demand Draft in favour of the Treasurer, University of Balochistan , shall be deposited for each application.

f) Complete application form along with all required documents must be submitted in the Establishment Section, University of Balochistan .

g) Incomplete applications, applications received after the due date, applications not fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria, or submitted without processing fee shall not be entertained in any case.

h) Test and interview will be conducted at the University of Balochistan, Quetta . No TA/DA will be admissible.

i) Candidates from all over Pakistan are eligible to apply.

j) Canvassing in any form or manner shall render the candidate liable to disqualification .
