Customer service executive international chat process

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our team for an international process.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in International Voice or Chat Customer Service and should have excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Handle customer queries through International Voice or Chat support. Understand customer requirements and provide accurate solutions. Respond to customer queries professionally and within the required time. Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively. Customer-focused and professional. Confident while communicating with international customers. Good at handling customer queries and resolving issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities. Good listening and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge. Willingness to work in rotational/UK shifts, if applicable. Candidates with international customer service experience will be preferred.
