CGM Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities 1.Build a sales network for YUWELL-branded CGM products in India, candidates with e-commerce operation capability are preferred. 2.Assist in the successful third-party registration of YUWELL CGM products. 3.Evaluate sales targets and complete related tasks according to the headquarters' strategy. 4.Handle the whole process of quotation follow-up, contract signing, and delivery; regularly provide sales forecasts and performance review reports to the China headquarters. 5.Monitor competitors' pricing, promotions, and channel policies; work with the headquarters to adjust local sales strategies as needed. 6.Continuously research India's industry policies, import tariffs, and competitor activities; regularly produce market analysis reports. 7.Collect customer needs, after-sales issues, and quality feedback; coordinate with the China headquarters to improve product quality and service. 8.Report work to the China headquarters in English on a regular basis (weekly/monthly). Qualifications 1.Local bachelor's degree or above. 2.At least 5 years of deep experience in this industry, with hands-on front-line business experience. 3.Candidates with existing channel resources or key account contacts for competitors like Abbott are preferred. 4.Familiar with the local CGM market in India, including the channel models of various competitors, and able to provide solutions for market competition. 5.Strong abilities in business negotiation, price bargaining, and contract drafting; able to independently negotiate and sign large deals. 6.Strong ability to work under pressure; adaptable to frequent travel within India and visits across multiple states and regions; willing to accept performance assessment pressure. 7.Understand Chinese work culture, work diligently, and be result-oriented.
