We are expanding into podcasts with our Marathi show Maativerse a farmer-first platform where farmers, experts, policymakers, and entrepreneurs share real stories and solutions for the future of agriculture. Rooted in authenticity, it amplifies farmer voices and builds cultural respect for farming.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Media Producer to plan, manage, and execute our podcast series end-to-end. This role is critical in building a high-quality podcast that informs, inspires, and impacts millions across India.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Research

Conduct guest and topic research, prepare scripts, briefs, and question lists.

Pre-Production

Coordinate guest scheduling, studio/remote setup, and technical requirements.

Logistics & Coordination

Handle dates, finances, and freelancer hiring (e.g., DOP), ensuring smooth operations and reducing dependency on senior team members.

Production Management

Oversee recordings, maintain the episode calendar, and ensure smooth execution.

Post-Production Coordination

Work with editors to finalize audio/video, brand assets, and publish-ready episodes.

Publishing & Distribution

Upload episodes to YouTube, Spotify, Amazon Music, JioSaavn and other platforms. Ensure timely release.

Analytics & Feedback

Track performance metrics, collect guest/audience feedback, and prepare reports.

Collaboration

Work with content, design, and marketing teams for promotions and campaigns.

Qualifications

Experience

1–3 years in content production, podcasting, media coordination, or related roles.

Skills

Strong ability in background research, topic exploration, and curating relevant questions for podcasts.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Familiarity with podcast/video tools (Zoom, Riverside, Audacity, Adobe).

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Languages

Fluency in Marathi & English is required.
