Junior Accountant

*Position:* Junior Accountant *Location:* Chandigarh *Experience:* 1–3 Years *Employment Type:* Full-Time Job Responsibilities * Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping. * Record purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries. * Prepare bank reconciliations and vendor/customer reconciliations. * Process invoices, reimbursements, and expense reports. * Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance. * Support month-end and year-end closing activities. * Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy of accounting data. * Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams when required. * Generate MIS reports and other financial reports. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) or a related field. * 1–3 years of accounting experience. * Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel. * Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles. * Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills. * Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. *Salary:* As per industry standards (based on experience).
