Role Overview: We are looking for a driven

Assistant Sales Manager

to manage sales activities for our Thindlu project, generate business through direct and channel sales, and drive the team towards achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the

project. Handle

direct sales, channel partner sales and lead conversions . Generate new leads through referrals, networking, local market activities and channel partners. Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and property consultants. Conduct site visits, project presentations and negotiations with prospective customers. Follow up consistently with leads and move prospects through the sales funnel. Coordinate with Pre-Sales, CRM, Finance and Project teams for smooth customer conversion. Track enquiries, site visits, bookings and collections through regular MIS. Monitor local market activity, competitor projects and pricing. Support the Sales Manager in achieving overall project targets.

Candidate Profile: 6 + years of experience in

real estate sales

preferred. Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills. Good knowledge of the residential market will be an advantage. Ability to build and manage channel partner relationships. Target-oriented, energetic and willing to be actively involved in field sales. Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills.
