JoVE is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead HR operations for international teams across Europe and North America. You will own workforce planning, onboarding, payroll and compensation, and performance management to enable scalable growth.
As a strategic partner to leadership, you will translate business priorities into robust HR practices, build strong teams, and support JoVE’s global expansion with compliant, proactive HR programs.
