We specialize in delivering end-to-end solutions in CCTV Surveillance, Access Control, Fire Alarm Systems, Public Address Systems, Structured Cabling, Networking, BMS, and Integrated Security Systems for commercial, healthcare, industrial, infrastructure and government projects.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our ELV projects in Eastern India from our Kolkata office .

Position Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for complete project execution, client management, resource planning, commercial monitoring, and successful delivery of multiple ELV projects within schedule, budget, quality and safety parameters.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in ELV systems, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience in handling large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead end-to-end execution of ELV projects from project handover to final commissioning.
• Prepare project schedules, execution plans and resource deployment strategies.
• Ensure projects are completed within timelines and approved budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, PMC and contractors.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and monitor project progress.

Technical Management

Manage complete execution of:

• CCTV Surveillance Systems
• Access Control Systems
• Fire Alarm Systems
• Public Address & Voice Evacuation Systems
• Video Door Phone Systems
• Intrusion Alarm Systems
• Structured Cabling
• Networking Infrastructure
• Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Parking Management Systems
• Integrated Security Solutions

Site Management

• Supervise multiple project sites across Eastern India.
• Ensure quality installation as per approved drawings and standards.
• Review AutoCAD drawings and installation layouts.
• Monitor subcontractors and site engineers.
• Ensure timely procurement of project materials.
• Resolve technical and execution-related issues.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Maintain excellent relationships with clients and consultants.
• Attend client meetings and technical discussions.
• Manage project documentation and approvals.
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout project execution.

Commercial Management

• Monitor project budgets and profitability.
• Review BOQs and project scope.
• Control project costs and minimize wastage.
• Verify contractor bills and vendor invoices.
• Support Finance in billing milestones and collections.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to ISO standards and company SOPs.
• Implement QA/QC procedures.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.

Team Leadership

• Lead Project Engineers, Site Engineers and Supervisors.
• Mentor technical teams and improve productivity.
• Conduct daily and weekly project review meetings.
• Drive performance through effective planning and monitoring.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Telecommunication or related Engineering discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the ELV/System Integration industry.
• Minimum 3 years in Project Management.
• Experience managing multiple large-scale commercial, healthcare, data centre, hospitality or infrastructure projects.
• Experience working with System Integrators is mandatory.
