We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Manager to manage and grow the online presence of small and large business organizations across Rajasthan. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, understands consumer behavior, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

• Develop and execute monthly content calendars for multiple client accounts.
• Write engaging captions and marketing copy in both English and Hindi, tailored to local audiences.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms using Meta Business Suite.
• Coordinate with clients to collect product updates, promotional offers, and creative assets.
• Monitor account performance, engagement, comments, and messages, and escalate client queries when required.
• Identify regional trends, festivals, and seasonal opportunities to create timely and relevant campaigns.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Track key performance metrics and contribute to monthly client reports.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency or retail marketing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts while meeting deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads, including boosting posts and campaign fundamentals.
• A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

• Experience working with retail or consumer brands.
• Familiarity with Rajasthan's local market and cultural events.
• Knowledge of Canva or basic design tools.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT for content ideation.
