Job Description
The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a reputable regional healthcare organization in Wausau, WI to hire Registered Nurses for a high-acuity Cardiac Telemetry Unit.
In this role, you’ll care for complex cardiac and medical patients, including post-op open-heart, CHF, and vascular cases, while building advanced clinical skills through hands-on experience with chest tubes, central lines, and multiple drips in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Full-time | Days | Nights | 12-hour shifts

What You’ll Do
- Provide care for high-acuity cardiac and medical patients
- Monitor complex patients and manage multiple drips
- Care for patients with chest tubes and central lines
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
What We’re Looking For
- Active RN license
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Strong clinical judgment and teamwork
- Experienced RNs and New graduates are welcome to apply
