Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role located in Pune. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patient needs and design tailored therapy plans to support rehabilitation and overall well-being. Responsibilities include providing therapy sessions with individuals, including pediatric patients, assisting patients in improving motor skills, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to devise and implement effective treatment plans

Qualifications

Proficiency in Occupational Therapy practices and techniques

A strong understanding of Rehabilitation methods and applicatinos

Experience working with Pediatrics and handling related cases

Excellent verbal and written Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals

Relevant degree or certification in Occupational Therapy

Empathy, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for improving others‘ quality of life
