What will you do?

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring timely support, effective query resolution, and smooth communication for all the marketing campaign services.
• Own end-to-end service delivery, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and client commitments consistently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Ops, WFM, Quality, Training, Insights) for flawless execution.
• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure while managing scope, timelines, and resources.
• Anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure seamless business continuity.
• Provide regular executive-level reporting and performance insights to leadership and clients.

Good to have skills

• Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI platforms
