Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Manager – Operations to lead and manage high-volume backend processes with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. The role requires strong leadership skills, process orientation, and the ability to build and manage teams while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Build, lead, and manage teams of 20–50 members across multiple functions. Define, document, and implement SOPs, process maps, and KPIs. Manage day-to-day backend operations with strict adherence to SLAs and quality metrics. Prepare and review MIS, dashboards, and operational reports for management and clients. Conduct root-cause analysis on operational issues and implement long-term corrective actions. Partner with stakeholders and handle client escalations with professionalism. Deliver results in high-pressure environments with strict targets and deadlines.

Desired Skills & Experience

3-5 years of proven experience in operations management. Strong expertise in process definition, MIS/reporting, and KPI tracking. Hands-on experience managing high-volume operations. Excellent analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset. Superior communication skills – both verbal and written. Client handling and stakeholder management exposure. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Operations, or related fields.

Certification in Lean Six Sigma / Process Excellence (preferred, not mandatory).
