IT Internal Audit Manager

We have been asked to find an experienced IT Internal Audit Manager for a global, publicly traded company in Tempe, Arizona. Reporting to the VP of Global Internal Audit, this position leads global IT audits, SOX technology controls, cybersecurity risk assessments, and technology transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:Lead global IT audits, including ITGC, application controls, and SOX compliance.Assess cybersecurity, cloud environments, ERP implementations, and technology risks.Oversee IT SOX testing, control deficiencies, remediation, and external auditor coordination.Evaluate SAP environments, IT security frameworks, and emerging AI technologies.Leverage data analytics and automation to improve audit efficiency.Present audit findings and recommendations to senior leadership and the Audit Committee.
Qualifications:6+ years of IT audit, IT risk, or information security experience, including SOX ITGC ownership.Experience leading audits and managing multiple projects.Strong knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems, cybersecurity, and IT controls.Familiarity with COSO, COBIT, NIST, and ISO 27001 frameworks.Big 4 or large-firm experience strongly preferred.Experience with global, publicly traded companies preferred.CISA certification strongly preferred. xzbcwsv
