We're looking for a hands-on Social Media Managers who understands content, trends, and execution — not just someone who schedules posts and calls it strategy.

What You'll Be Doing:
Managing social media handles (Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, etc.) end-to-end Planning and executing content calendars Writing sharp captions — not generic, boring copy Coordinating with designers/video editors for creatives Spotting and acting on trends quickly (reels, formats, hooks) Running basic ad campaigns (Meta/Google is a plus) Tracking performance and improving content based on insights Being proactive — not waiting to be told every small task⸻
What We're Looking For:
1–3 years of actual social media handling experience (agency or brand side) Strong understanding of Instagram & Linked In content (this is non-negotiable) Good writing skills (clear, engaging, and to the point) Basic understanding of reels/video content Someone who follows trends and doesn't need hand-holding Bonus: Experience in running ads or working with influencersDetails
